So in summary the CIA funded the heroin trade and drug cartels in now claims to fight.
The CIA participated in Torture and injected people with doses of LSD, Marijuana, on a Naval base located in the Panama Canal. Project Artichoke and Project Ultra where they experimented with Mind Control.
